magenta shores

Magenta Shores is a unique integrated golf, housing and resort estate located on a 2.3 kilometre beachfront on the NSW Central Coast. The degraded and weed infested former sand mining site presented significant challenges. Due to coastal salt-laden winds and sandy soils, a careful design approach, specific plant selection and thorough establishment of the landscape was required. The design accommodates the harsh climatic conditions and transformed the site into a lush coastal resort. The well selected coastal plant palette, which features an excellent mix of local and exotic plant material, is the defining characteristic of this resort and residential development. Magenta Shores successfully weaves a resort development into its local environment through sensitive design and planting, as well as protecting the integrity and beauty of its natural surroundings
